We try our best to eat as healthy as we can (aside from the occasional splurge or two nine) so when we came across a 40 clove garlic chicken recipe from Cooking Light, we jumped at the chance to incorporate it into our weekly menu. We’re nuts about garlic so we upped the 40 to about say, 80, and whoever said that you can’t have too much of a good thing definitely knew what he was talking about.
The recommended serving was for 4 people, but then we realized that in case someone didn’t like garlic, it would be incredibly rude and selfish to force it upon them. So we did the right thing and ate it ourselves.
