We’re excited to try out Athletic Avocado’s french toast recipe, not only because they are using our Chancaca (raw cane sugar) to do so, but also because we’re suckers for french toast, peanut butter, and things rolled up of any sort. So having all three boxes checked off is a pretty good indication that we’ll be diving headfirst into this as soon as possible.
The only thing we regret is not having been exposed to their recipes when we were in college, since it would’ve easily prevented the dreaded Freshman Nineteen Fifteen. =(
