We shop online too, so it’s important to us that we make our shipping as clear and simple for you as we can. You will never encounter any surprise shipping charges from us; in fact, because we use a price-based shipping rate, you can know exactly how much shipping will be before you complete your purchase. When will my order ship?
Since we maintain our own inventory, all orders received by 12pm (noon) PST will be shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. And that’s just us being conservative—in most cases, we will ship the same day!

How will my order be shipped?
Most items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail typically requires 1-3 business days for delivery based on your location. In certain instances, we may ship via UPS if you need expedited delivery, or if a shipment is particularly heavy. We currently do not offer international shipping.
When can I expect delivery?
If shipped via USPS Priority Mail, you can generally expect delivery of your order in 1-3 business days depending on your location. Please see the map below to determine a more precise delivery window.
Can my order be tracked?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order thru the USPS website.
What if I entered an incorrect address?
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If your address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the shipment has already left our facility, you will be charged a $10.95 package intercept fee, which is assessed by USPS and unfortunately must be passed along to you, our customer.
What is your return policy?
We are so certain that you will love our products that if you are not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, you can return the products to us for a full refund (less any shipping charges).
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We cannot accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number.
Once your return has been authorized, the refund will be returned to the original form of payment, and can be completed within 1-7 business days from the time we receive the return shipment. Shipping and return shipping charges are not refunded and are the buyer’s responsibility. Products returned must be intact in its original packaging and must show minimal use attributable to testing.
How do I return an item?
We must receive the return within 14 days from the day we issue your Return Authorization Number. Package the items along with the original invoice and/or packing slip and ship (via any shipping carrier) the item(s) to:

We suggest that you insure the return shipment as any damage/loss to the items during return shipping will prevent us from accepting the return. We also suggest purchasing a tracking number to ensure that we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions.
International Orders
